9th September 2025 – Carsem S-site came together in unity and joy to celebrate Merdeka & Malaysia Day 2025. The event began with a special speech from our GM, Mr. Dr. Ts. AJayandran, who shared inspiring words on the importance of patriotism and togetherness.
A highlight of the day was the prize ceremony for our internal contest, Carsem Merdeka Re-creative Challenge 2025. With an overwhelming 18 groups participating, creativity truly shined. Five winners were announced, while all other groups received consolation prizes in appreciation of their efforts.
To keep the celebration lively, an on-the-spot quiz session was also held. The enthusiastic audience participated actively, and the best five participants walked away with prizes.
The program continued with a beautiful moment of Merdeka and Malaysia-themed song performances, filling the hall with patriotic spirit.
Adding to the festive mood, traditional games such as Congkak, Ceper, Capteh, Tuju Tin, and Batu Seremban were made available for everyone to enjoy. Participants of these games also received tokens as a reward, making the activities even more engaging and fun.
The celebration then came to a warm closing, leaving everyone with cherished memories of unity, creativity, and pride as Malaysians.
