Job Responsibilities 1. Assist engineers to carry out technical jobs. 2. Ensure that reliability tests conform to the in-house requirement. 3. General maintenance of lab equipment and spares to ensure continuous operation. 4. Perform data tracking relating to reliability monitoring and engineering evaluations. 5. Job Summary:- This position is responsible to maintain and service all computer hardware to ensure that they are in good working condition and handling the daily operational function of the main computer system. Job Responsibilities:- 1. Perform daily data backup on tapes, data processing and simple system administration. 2. Conduct first-level troubleshooting of computer hardware and software problems and escalate to the engineer for unsolved problems. 3. Troubleshoot and perform technical solutions on hardware at the office and production floor. 4. Upgrade hardware and installation/testing of new computer hardware items. 5. Job Summary:- This position is accountable for the maintenance of the local area network and computer-related communication system and servers in good working condition. Job Responsibilities:- 1. Administration and maintenance of servers, private automatic branch exchange and all network-related systems. 2. Provide technical networking support on cabling and communication equipment requirements. 3. Enhance and maintain internet, email, a virtual private network and file transfer protocol usage. 4. Manages the cyber security of plantwide network and virus protection 5. Prepare and set up new servers with properly managed resources when requested and approved for new application deployment. 6. Ensure all servers are equipped with the correct license 7. Liaise with vendors/customers on networking support and upgrades. 8. Monitor network and server performance. 9. Perform proper preventive maintenance to servers and all network equipment. 10. Quality Accountability i) Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and specifications. Job Responsibilities: Developing and sustaining MES system for Pre-Assembly, Assembly and Test departments across the Company. Actively to be part of system development and enhancements towards automation, to achieve Industrial 4.0 Require to work closely with factory users and cross-functional teams to derive and develop automation solutions towards Industry 4.0. Prepare relevant documentation for projects. Responsible for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process. Require to provide support to third-level escalation by the Operation team during and/or after office hours on, a rotation basis. Conduct end-user training on application software. Conduct systems study for enhancement and ensure data integrity at all times. Develop, program and implement enhancements as per user job request. Liaise with computer vendors on system technical support. Quality accountability in compliance with sops & specs. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior. Job Requirements: Education Level and Field of Study: Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Working Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the IT field, specifically development. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be of advantage. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Experience in VB.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, WCF, Soap, SQL Experience in System Analysis, Requirement Specification, System Design Methodology and Software Testing. Experience with SignalR/MQTT, MVC, EF, and Angular is a plus Experience with Oracle and SQL databases is a plus Familiarity with the MES system is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with our internal customer Manufacturing and Engineering team. Database Administrator 1. Proactive monitoring in ensures availability (database, data replication, and backup) and well performance. Develop monitoring and auto-correct tool where necessary. 2. Support and maintain Oracle and MS SQL Server database activities for in-house systems (MES Production/Reporting/Retention Oracle DB servers, ERP/Axapta/CEMS/MES Web Pro/Reporting/Factory Integration MS SQL Servers). 3. Data retention management in performing purging and restoring archived data. 4. Perform database improvement projects for better productivity, minimum downtime during disasters, cost saving and improved performance. 5. Regular 8x5 support but required to be on standby for 7x24 support. Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities. Qualification Degree in Computer Science/ IT Certification in the database (MS SQL Server / Oracle) will be added advantage Experience 1. Minimum 3 years experience in database administration under multiple operating system platforms (Solaris, UNIX, Linux, Windows); 2. Good understanding of database architecture, able to integrate with infrastructure (server, storage, network) in configuration setup, administration database high availability with good performance for various MS SQL Server Database versions (2000, 2008, 2012, 2019), and Oracle Database versions (Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 19c). 3.
