This position is responsible for monitoring the movement of work in progress and expediting material to be shipped on time to the assigned customer by package and generating timely and accurate reports for transmission to customers.
Prepare all necessary documents and information for finished goods store for timely shipment of goods to the correct destination.
Arrange and pack required enclosures (e.g. c of c, travellers) to be sent for shipment.
Constant monitoring and follow-up of work in progress to ensure on-time delivery. Report any possible or potential delays to the superior.
Generate timely and accurate reports to customers.
Prepare specific production schedule for assembly/test by package and by customer.
Ensure proper handling of rework material and wafer to be returned to customers upon request.
Ensure & arrange “drop shipment” to the correct destination assigned by customers promptly.
Participate actively in improvement project C/T / OTD.
Monitor and update data entry on pc / material issues.
Quality accountability :
(i) Comply with sop and spec.
(ii) Highlight / escalate / abnormality / mistakes to superior / peers.
Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Minimum Degree or equivalent preferably with working experience.
Candidate must be well versed in using Microsoft Excel
Candidate with Planning experience added advantage
