The transistors are available in SOT23 as well as SC70, the shrink version of the SOT package, having a smaller footprint than the latter. They are discrete surface mount transistors with lead count ranges from 3 to 8. The COL variant which allows bigger package space and increases electrical and thermal conductivity is also available for this package type. Carsem features reliable SOT/SC70 packages that pass Autoclave 1008hours @121°C / 100% RH, 2atm, Temp cycle of 1000 cycles @ -65°C / +150°C and Thermal shock of 300cycles @ -55°C / +125°C.
