Over 25 years of manufacturing sector experience; Previously with Siemens, Osram Opto Semiconductors, and Seoul Semiconductor. Manuel has a master’s degree in business administration from University of Bath, United Kingdom and a master’s degree in Leadership & Organisation from Instituto de la Empress, Madrid.
With over 20 years of financial management experience with multinational companies prior to joining Hong Leong Manufacturing Group in 2016. Before joining Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad, he was CFO for Hume Cement Industries Berhad, another company within the Hong Leong Manufacturing Group. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and is registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (“ASEAN CPA”). Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from University of the West of Scotland and a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from University of London.

With more than two decades of management and leadership experience in semiconductor industry, Prakash began his career at Western Digital and subsequently build his professional foundation and leadership expertise at Onsemi, where he held various leadership role. He later joined Hong Leong Manufacturing Group; MPI (Carsem). He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from University Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from University Tenaga Nasional Malaysia.
Started his career at Carsem & went on to hold various management positions. He graduated from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
With over 30 years of management and leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, previously worked with Compaq, Flextronics, AMD and Intel (JLL). Dr. Jay is a registered Professional Technologist (Ts) with MBOT, Malaysia and ASEAN Engineer & ASEAN Engineering Technologist with AER / IEM. He has a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electronics (Hons), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom and a PhD in Management from Lincoln University, Malaysia.
Started his career at Carsem in 1992. Prior to that he was with National Semiconductor for a year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Northern University of Malaysia.
More than 20 years of experience in semiconductor industry & joined Carsem Suzhou in 2003. He graduated from China Southeast University with a Bachelor in Mechanics-Electronics Engineering. & completed Master of Sciences in both Manufacturing System Engineering and Computer Science from University of Hertfordshire, UK.
