Manuel has a master’s degree in business administration from University of Bath, United Kingdom and a master’s degree in Leadership & Organisation from Instituto de la Empress, Madrid.
Over 20 years of financial management experience with multi-national companies prior to joining the Hong Leong Manufacturing Group in 2016. Prior to joining Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad, he was the CFO for Hume Cement Industries Berhad, another company under Hong Leong Manufacturing Group. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”), fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland.
Extensive experience in finance & business strategy for semiconductor manufacturing. 30 Years in Carsem.
Over 26 years of experience leading multinational plant ops, managing subcon factories & large-scale projects.
Started his career at Carsem & went on to hold various management positions. He graduated from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
27 years of experience in manufacturing, previously held senior positions in EMS Industry.
Started his career at Carsem in 1992. Prior to that he was with National Semiconductor for a year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Northern University of Malaysia.
More than 20 years of experience in semiconductor industry & joined Carsem Suzhou in 2003. He graduated from China Southeast University with a Bachelor in Mechanics-Electronics Engineering. & completed Master of Sciences in both Manufacturing System Engineering and Computer Science from University of Hertfordshire, UK.
